IT'S A MATCH - Performing arts in the new climate regime.
Professional meeting days as part of NEXT festival 2023
The current ecological catastrophe is the challenge of the century. Art and culture are being challenged in their very practices, and are being called upon as a catalyst for the redirection of society in general. Despite numerous initiatives, the sector remains cautious, inclined to negotiate with ecological imperatives.

During NEXT 2023, two days of IT'S A MATCH will consider the performing arts in this moment of bifurcation, in dialogue between initiatives and players from Flanders, Wallonia, Hauts-de-France and elsewhere.

IT'S A MATCH connects cultural actors across regions, sectors and disciplines.
With the support of the Cultural Cooperation Agreement between Flanders and the Hauts-de-France Region,
with the support of the Eurometropolis Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai,
as part of the "rencontres spectacle vivant" in the Hauts-de-France Region.
