The origin of the universe and human evolution, as seen through the eyes of the slightly loony Brussels theatre maker Manah Depauw? The result is a wordless spectacle in which people evolve from wild creatures into civilized beings. The starting point for Depauw was the concept of 'carnaval', or rather, the exorcism of evil. Needless to say, Eden Central is a presentation for the hardened spectator.
