Depuis 2019, la Compagnie Yasmeen Godder travaille sur la série de spectacles Practicing Empathy. Comment se fait-il que nous nous sentions reliés aux autres et que nous établissions des liens ? Et comment créons-nous des pratiques, des rituels, des chansons et des chorégraphies qui nous aident à faire l’expérience de la complexité sans peur ni méfiance ?
Practicing Empathy #3 est le premier long solo de Yasmeen Godder en 25 ans de carrière : elle explore de quelle manière l’empathie se rapporte à son propre corps et à ses expériences. Quel rôle l’empathie peut-elle jouer dans le monde d’aujourd’hui ?
